Does someone need to visit my house before I book a cleaning?
Absolutely not! We don't believe in sending pushy salespeople to your home. You can get your quote online, and it takes about one minute.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. We provide all of the cleaning supplies and tools needed for your cleaning. We properly disinfect our supplies and keep them separated. If you prefer to provide your own cleaning supplies, just let us know—we're happy to accommodate you.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We ask that you meet with us at the end of your cleaning whenever possible so we can make sure you're satisfied. If you're unable to do so, please let us know by 11 AM the following day.
Do I need to be home for my cleaning?
Not at all. It's completely up to you. If you won't be home, simply provide access instructions in the comments section of your online booking or contact our office.
How many cleaners do you send?
We provide solo cleaners or teams of two, depending on the size of your home and the type of service. For recurring customers, we'll do our best to keep the same cleaners coming to your home.
Are the cleaners screened?
Absolutely. Our cleaners go through a screening process that includes police background checks, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant residential house-cleaning experience.
How do I pay you?
When you complete your booking, you'll be asked to provide a card on file. Your card is not charged until the cleaning has been completed.
Can I get a same-day booking?
We don't guarantee same-day bookings, but depending on the day and our availability, we can often accommodate same-day requests.
